Orientation programme held

LUDHIANA: Kundan Vidya Mandir School, Civil Lines, organised an orientation programme for the parents of tiny tots with the aim to familiarise them with the curriculum rules and regulations of the school, teaching methodologies and the co-curricular activities.

LUDHIANA: Kundan Vidya Mandir School, Civil Lines, organised an orientation programme for the parents of tiny tots with the aim to familiarise them with the curriculum rules and regulations of the school, teaching methodologies and the co-curricular activities.

Blossoms Convent School

Blossoms Convent School, Sidhwan Bet Road, Jagraon, organised a paper folding activity for the UKG class. Students made decorative material using waste paper. School principal Amarjeet Kaur admired their work while saying that their institute staff always keeps effort to show their hidden talent.

Students apprised of heritage

Green Land Convent School, New Subhash Nagar, organised cultural games of Punjab on the occasion of World Heritage Day for the students of primary section. The day was also observed with an aim to create awareness among the students on the significance of cultural heritage sports. The programme witnessed an assortment of playful activities and games about cultural legacy which was finely blended with an assurance to preserve it. The main attractions of the day were games such as 'gilli danda', 'stapu' and 'pithu garam'.

Freshers’ party for toddlers

Students of class-I enjoyed fresher's party which was organised on the campus of Bal Bharati Public School. A plenty of games were organised for the children and there were surprise gifts for the winners as well. A special selfie corner was set up for the munchkins to get clicked which was immensely admired and brought perennial joy for the learners.

Science activity organised

'Science is Fun' session was organised at Manav Rachna International School. A plethora of science experiments were conducted for young learners. Basic and safe ingredients from the kitchen and nature were used for these experiments.

Investiture at Tagore Public

Investiture Ceremony was organised at Tagore Public School. The oath taking ceremony was followed by the presentation of badges to the prefect council which consists of Saksham Aggarwal Head Boy, Anmol Kaur Head Girl, Prabhveer Singh Sports Captain Boy & Kajalpreet Kaur Sports Captain Girl. The badges were also presented to Captain and Vice Captain of each House. The prefect council swore to upload the virtues and ideals of their school to deliver their duties to the best of their abilities and honor the trust bestowed upon them.

Students awarded at Ryan

Students of Ryan International School, Jamalpur, gave an outstanding performance in academics. Students were felicitated at the Annual Day Function organised in school. Students who scored over 90 per cent were acknowledged and given red scholar ties . The parents of toppers from classes VI, VII and VIII were invited and felicitated. Principal Gurpal Kaur Anand congratulated the scholars. — TNS
