Khanna: Desh Bhagat Global School celebrated Baisakhi with full zest and zeal. Students of all classes participated in this function. A special assembly was held to inspire the students for the service of humanity and to make them all aware of their cultural background. Chancellor Dr Zora Singh presided over the function. The school principal, Nidhi Singhi, explained the students about the importance of Baisakhi in the Sikh history. She said we celebrate Baisakhi because it was the day of creation of the Khalsa Panth by Sri Guru Gobind Singh, in 1699, at Ananadpur Sahib.
Industrial visit to Verka
Ludhiana: Ryan Entrepreneurship Club organised a field visit to Verka Milk Plant for the commerce students. Students got an opportunity to see and understand the production process of various products made by Verka Milk Plant. They viewed the latest machines, their components, working process and understood the quality control measures during production and packaging.— OC/TNS
