Students of Government College for Girls brought laurels to the college by securing university positions in MA (Punjabi) Semester-IV examinations, results of which were declared by Panjab University, Chandigarh.
The college has bagged two university positions. Navdeep Kaur bagged seventh position in the university with 75.6 per cent and Rajvir Kaur has secured 10th position in the university with 73.8 per cent.
Manju Sahni, principal of the college, congratulated the position holders and faculty members of Punjabi department for the result. She motivated the students to work harder and blessed them. —TNS
