Summer Dance Funk, organised at Blooming Dale Nursery School in Model Town extension, concluded with fun and frolic. Kids learnt to tap their feet on various Bollywood and Punjabi songs. The nimble feet had a blast on the last day of the camp in the pool party. Principal Barjinder Kaur thanked choreographer Rajan Raja for making the summer camp a huge success.

Guru Nanak International Public School

Guru Nanak International Public School organised a summer camp, where children of different age groups got an opportunity to learn and enjoy during various activities, including skating, spoken English and personality development, yoga, dance, divinity and arts and crafts. About 60 students participated in the camp. They learnt the value of teamwork and it helped them in improving their communication and social skills. They learnt about moral values to be adopted in life.

Maple Bear

Summer camp concluded at Maple Bear Canadian Playway and Nursery School, Udham Singh Nagar, with great fanfare and enthusiasm. Kids made cards with photographs of their fathers to be presented to them on Father's Day. More than 100 students participated in the camp. Kids learnt the art of using waste materials, paper and other byproducts to showcase their talent and improving their skills during the summer camp. Children also learnt colouring, calligraphy, English speaking and classical and western dance.

Jesus Sacred Heart School

Summer camp concluded at Jesus Sacred Heart School. Children explored their potential and expressed their creativity in the field of science, cookery, paper quilling, pottery-painting, mural mosaic, skating, football, personality development and public speaking. They showcased their talent in instrumental music, semi-classical and contemporary dance learnt during these 15 days. Students competed in various sports competitions such as swimming, skating athletics.

Activity camp

Sacred Heart Convent Jamalpur organised a two-week activity camp on its premises, wherein kids enhanced their skills. Children developed their skills in arts and crafts, groomed their personalities by attending sessions on personality development and spoken English.

Swachhta Abhiyaan

A Swachhta Abhiyan was carried out by Malwa Khalsa Senior Secondary School, Model Gram. NSS volunteers cleaned platforms, booking window and rooms among other places at Model Gram Railway Station. Volunteers and cadets brought their own cleanliness kits and equipment. They also cleaned the area surrounding the tree.
