Tantric booked for raping 19-yr-old girl

A tantric was booked for raping a 19-year-old girl here today. The accused has been identified as Rizwan Malik (23). He runs his office near Bharat Nagar Chowk.

According to information, the girl used to visit the tantric to get control over her boyfriend. The girl told the police that her boyfriend did not respond to her repeated phone calls. She was upset due to being ignored by her boyfriend. Then she found an advertisement of Rizwan Malik in which he claimed that he can “control” (vashikaran) anyone. To get solution to her problem, she visited Rizwan’s office near Bharat Nagar Chowk.

The tantric told the girl that he would conduct some rituals with her to get control over her boyfriend. The deal was finalised at Rs 4,000. Today, when the girl came to his office to participate in tantric rituals, Rizwan Malik allegedly raped her.

IO Pawan Kumar from Division No. 5 police station said: “We have registered a case under section 376 of the IPC against the tantric on the complaint of the victim. The accused is in police custody.”—TNS
