Ludhiana, June 16
Railways will run a Humsafar Special train for pilgrimage to Tirupati Balaji from Jammu Tawi. The train will make its inaugural run for the lone trip on Sunday (June 18). Depending on the response of pilgrims, the frequency of the train can be increased later.
The 02706 Humsafar Special Express will leave Jammu Tawi on Sunday at 5.30 am and reach Tirupati at 11.25 am the third day. On way to its destination, the train will have a 10 minute stoppage (10.55 am to 11.05 am) at Ludhiana.
With 13 AC 3-Tier coaches, the train will have stoppages at Jalandhar Cantt, Ludhiana, Ambala Cantt, Delhi Safdarjang, Jhansi, Bhopal, Nagpur, Balharshah, Kazipet, Secunderabad, Raichur and Guntakal.
Meanwhile, Northern Railways have announced to run 04427/04428 Delhi Jn-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Suvidha Special train. The train will make two trips in each direction.
