Muzaffarnagar, June 22
Nine people, including a woman, were injured in a clash between two groups over music played by the DJ at a wedding in the district, police said on Friday.
According to circle officer, the incident took place on Thursday night at Chandedi village under Budhana police station.
The police said a team was rushed to the spot after receiving information about the clash and 12 people were taken in custody.
The injured were admitted to a hospital, police said, adding that security had been tightened as a precautionary measure. PTI
