New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday directed real estate developer Parsvnath to hand over possession of a flat in its Gurgaon project to Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore in two days. Dowry death: Kabaddi player arrested
New Delhi: National-level kabbadi player Rohit Chillar was arrested from Mumbai on Friday, three days after his wife Lalita committed suicide. His father Vijay Singh (51), a co-accused in the dowry death case, also surrendered at the Nangloi police station here. Chillar’s mother Sunita is still on the run. Chillar was arrested from Colaba in Mumbai where he works with the Navy. “ Chillar will be presented in a court for transit remand to bring him back to Delhi,” the police said. ians

New Delhi: Vice Admiral SN Ghormade on Friday assumed charge as Director General-Naval Operations at the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy). A graduate from the National Defence Academy and the US Naval Staff College at Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island, Ghormade was commissioned into the Navy on January 1, 1984.
