One of the secrets disclosed by President Barack Obama about Prime Minister Narendra Modi was that the latter gets less time to sleep as compared to him. “That is because he is new to the office,” Obama said adding Modi would get to sleep an hour more when he spends six years in office, comparing the completion of his six years as the US President.

Obama also commented on Modi’s energy and drive saying his reputation preceded him before his arrival in Washington last September after the Bollywood star-like reception at the Madison Square Garden in New York.

The US President’s remarks came after hearing the English translation of a question to Modi about what was the nature of talks between him and Obama and equations between the two leaders. When told that Modi preferred not to share contents of his informal talks with Obama, the visiting dignitary gave a surprised nod at the remark.

Modi credited the personal chemistry between him and Barack, as he preferred to address the US President. Obama thanked Modi for his “Chai pe charcha”, when both leaders sat in the lawns of Hyderabad House.
