Ahmedabad: A victim-witness of the Naroda Gaam 2002 massacre case has requested the Gujarat Chief Justice to quash the special court’s orders to summon BJP national president Amit Shah and 13 others to appear as defence witness. Malek had requested Chief Justice Subhash Reddy to either transfer the trial outside Gujarat or change the judge to avoid “miscarriage of justice”. OC
