New Delhi, October 3
The National Green Tribunal's website today came under cyber attack with a group hacking it and posting profanities, claiming it was an act of "revenge" against Indian army's surgical strikes across the Line of Control.
As the website opens, an instrumental version of Pakistan’s national anthem can be heard playing in the background.
The hacker has identified itself as ‘D4RK 4NG31’. The message on the NGT portal read: “Website stamped by D4RK 4NG31.”
In its message posted on the website (www.greentribunal.gov.in), the hacker said, “You little bitches violate the cease fire on border and call it "Surgical Strikes" Now kiss the burn of Cyber War.”

“We are unbeatable… You kill innocent people in Kashmir and call your self defenders or your country,” the message further read.
The cyber attack was noticed around 7.15 pm today.
When contacted, the office of NGT chairperson Justice Swatanter Kumar said that he was not available for comments.
Seven terror launch pads were targeted across the LoC by special forces of the Indian army during the surgical strikes on September 29.
This is the second time after 2013 that the website has been hacked.
In April 2012, the Delhi High Court Bar Association's website was defaced by Pakistani hackers. — Agencies
