Jaipur, October 22
Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh issued an ordinance to constitute the state Other Backward Classes (OBC) commission on Friday night.
On October 19, the Rajasthan High Court annulled the OBC commission terming it unconstitutional, and asked the Vasundhara Raje government to bring in a new OBC commission by January 15, 2017.
Under this ordinance, the same nominated chairman and office functionaries will continue to work.
