Jaipur, October 22
Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh issued an ordinance to constitute the state OBC commission late on Friday night.
Earlier on October 19, the Rajasthan HC had annulled the OBC commission terming it unconstitutional, and asked the Raje government to bring in a new OBC commission by January 15, 2017.
Under this ordinance, the same nominated chairman and office functionaries will continue to work.
