Addressing workers at a rally in Rishikesh, he said: “Since seven-eight months I am researching, I even googled about our party to see what is it that the BJP-RSS want to destroy.”

He said the Congress strengthened and made the RBI, so that there is an autonomous body in the country, which took independent economic decisions, but in no time, “Modi ji murdered the soul of this institution (RBI)”.

“The way you took the decision of demonetisation in a minute, you must also do the same for OROP,” said Rahul.
