SAD activists block all roads leading to Makhu

Ferozepur: Sukhbir Singh Badal, SAD chief, demanding that “false” cases against his party leaders be withdrawn, threatened to move the court. He was addressing a dharna outside the SSP’s office here on Thursday. Amidst the protesters for a couple of hours, he later moved to Harike, where another protest was on till reports last came. All roads leading to Makhu on the Amritsar-Bathinda axis have been blocked by protesting Akalis. TNS
