Two dead after fire broke out in godown

LUCKNOW: At least two people were burnt alive in a massive fire that broke out in a hosiery godown in Lucknow in the wee hours of Saturday.



 Lucknow, October 27

 At least two people were burnt alive in a massive fire that broke out in a hosiery godown in Lucknow in the wee hours of Saturday.

The incident took place in Narhi area of the Hazratganj locality at around 0230 hrs.

The Fire department rushed in four to five vehicles and fire tenders to the spot to douse the flames.

Clothes worth lakhs were destroyed in the mishap.
