Jagdev Singh Hans has taken over as Chief Engineer, PSPCL, Patiala. He has served as Deputy Chief Engineer of Ludhiana. He had completed his electrical engineering degree from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, in 1990 and started his career as Assistant Divisional Engineer in the Punjab State Electricity Board in 1991. During his 32 years of operational experience, he has fulfilled various responsibilities.
