SRINAGAR: The youth wing of the BJP, Kashmir unit, today staged a protest against the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for allegedly attacking a party candidate.

Srinagar, December 21

The youth wing of the BJP, Kashmir unit, today staged a protest against the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for allegedly attacking a party candidate.

The protesters carried party flags and gathered at Press Enclave in Srinagar city to protest the attack.

President of the BJP Youth Wing, central Kashmir, Sheikh Irfan condemned the attack on BJP candidate from the Nowshera constituency of the Jammu region Ravinder Raina on Friday night.

The protesters alleged that Raina had been attacked by PDP workers and urged the police to take swift action against those responsible for the attack. — TNS
