SAD-BJP will win third time, claims Sukhbir

Kiratpur Sahib, March 8

Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Badal today said the Shiromani Akali Dal-BJP alliance would register a historic win to form the government for the third consecutive time.

He was here to attend the bhog of “Akhand Path” organised by party workers at Gurdwara Baba Gurdittaji. He said the people had once again showed their preference for SAD in the Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee elections, rejecting other parties completely.

On March 11, the same scenario would repeat in Punjab following which the rival parties would vanish from the scene, he said. He was accompanied by SGPC general secretary Amarjit Singh Chawala.
