A woman and her two children were buried alive when the roof of their three-storey house in Gali Anandwali collapsed this morning.

Those killed were identified as Sukhwinder Kaur (48), Jugraj Singh (20) and Jas Kaur (18). Amardeep Singh, Sukhwinder’s husband, was not at home when the incident occurred. He had reportedly gone to meet her sister who was admitted to a private hospital. He stayed at the hospital in the night.
