Movie ‘31st October’ declared tax-free

New Delhi: Bollywood movie "31st October", based on the 1984 Sikh riots, has been declared tax-free in Punjab.



New Delhi: Bollywood movie "31st October", based on the 1984 Sikh riots, has been declared tax-free in Punjab. The state government has decided to exempt the movie from entertainment tax, read a statement issued by the makers of the movie. Sachdeva said: "I am grateful to the Punjab Government... Now, people in Punjab can see the film at a concessional rate."  IANS
