A resident of Basti Maiya Ram in Jalalabad subdivision along with his accomplices killed his wife’s alleged paramour yesterday.
Taro Bai of Mohkam Arain village alleged that her husband Hansa Singh had extramarital affair with Chhinder’s wife Gora Rani for the past several years.
She said when her husband went to his fields yesterday, he was attacked by Chhinder and his accomplices.
The police said Hansa Singh was hit on the head with sticks and he died on the spot. Chhinder and some unidentified persons have been booked under Section 302 of the IPC.
