Muktsar, April 20

Excise Department officials and police today conducted a search operation along the twin Rajasthan and Sirhind feeder canals near Bhullar village here. They seized 1,400 litre hooch stored in seven drums. Vikram Dev Thakur, Assistant Commissioner (Excise), Faridkot, said, “A raid was conducted and 1,400 litre hooch was destroyed.
