The family of Kiran Bala, who married a Pakistani during her visit there as part of Sikh jatha member, on Sunday refuted her claims that the three children were not hers. Her father-in-law Tarsem Singh showed birth certificates and other documents to prove her wrong.

A video has appeared in which Kiran Bala was seen claiming in Pakistan that the three children were of her “khala” (sister). She had claimed that since it was not possible to get Pakistan visa without her family’s support and since she was told that if she wanted to go alone, she would have to mention children in her details.

Tarsem Singh said the day Kiran left for Amritsar to join jatha to Pakistan, she had asked her 12-year-old daughter that she would return on April 21.

Tarsem Singh claimed that Kiran might have been a victim of the conspiracy of the ISI or terrorist organisation IS. He claimed: “The way she is talking in Pakistan in local dialect, it is clear that she has been brainwashed.”
