CHANDIGARH: Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh today launched an e-labour portal to enable workers to access various services offered by the Labour Department, including direct payment into their bank accounts of benefits under welfare schemes, in a hassle-free manner.

Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh today launched an e-labour portal to enable workers to access various services offered by the Labour Department, including direct payment into their bank accounts of benefits under welfare schemes, in a hassle-free manner. Principal Secretary, Labour, Sanjay Kumar, said the e-portal would ensure enforcement of labour laws and welfare of workers. — TNS
