Pak boat seized from Ravi river in Gurdaspur

GURDASPUR: The BSF on Wednesday seized a Pakistani boat here from the Ravi river in Indian territory, police said.



Gurdaspur, December 13

The BSF on Wednesday seized a Pakistani boat here from the Ravi river in Indian territory, police said.

The boat with a Pakistani flag was spotted by the BSF near Dharamkot Pattan, which is close to the India-Pakistan border, they said.

The BSF is investigating how the boat strayed into Indian territory, the police said.

In October last year, a Pakistani boat had been found in an area under the Kakkar Border Outpost (BOP) in the Amritsar Sector. — PTI
