Prove gangster charge: Cong MLA to Sukhbir

Congress MLA from Baghapurana Darshan Singh Brar today dared SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal to prove the allegation that he was a gangster, failing which he would file a defamation case against him.

Addressing a press conference here, Brar, accompanied by son Kamaljit Singh Brar, said, “No criminal case is registered against me. I am a farmer who has become an MLA with hard work. I exposed wrongdoings of Sukhbir and his party during campaigning and defeated his candidate. So, he calls me a gangster”. Brar said he had already met the Chief Minister regarding evidence of wrongdoings by the Akalis.

At a recent “pol khol” rally at Baghapurana, the former Deputy Chief Minister had dubbed Brar a gangster.
