Hundreds of radical Sikhs, including members of Sant Samaj, gathered at Duneke village in Moga city near the district administrative complex and staged a protest against Sikh preacher Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale.

They accused him of distorting the facts of Sikh religion and history and creating confusion among the Sikh masses.

Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh is already looking into the allegations, but radical Sikh organisations are demanding that Dhadrianwale’s discourses be banned in the state.

Baba Baldev Singh Jogewala alleged that Dhadrianwale was criticising Sikh rituals and wrongly interpreting the Gurbani.

Sant Kuldip Singh Dhalleke, Mohinder Singh Janer, SGPC member Jagtar Singh Rode and Devinder Singh Hariawale, president of Guru Granth Sahib Satkar Committee, claimed that resentment was prevailing among Sikhs across the globe.
