Possessions handed over at Mona Greens in Zirakpur

Mona Townships Pvt Ltd (MTPL) has started handing over possessions of three and four BHK units at its residential project Mona Greens on VIP Road in Zirakpur. The 4.5 acre project that has a total of 272 apartments has been completed within a period of three years. Mona Greens, constitutes four 14-storey towers and the possession has been started for Tower B, which has 3BHK units, and Tower C, which has 4BHK apartments. The possession of 48 two BHK apartments had been handed over about a year back.

Each 3BHK and 4BHK unit covers an area of 1,842 sq ft and 2,292 sq ft, respectively. Speaking on the occasion Mona Township Chairman Tejinder Pal Setia said, “Timely delivery is very important to build trust among the buyers and we have fulfilled our commitment in this regard. After Mona Paradise Apartments in Sector 127, Mohali, Mona Aeroview at Swastik Vihar on Patiala Road, Mona Greens at VIP Road, Zirakpur is the third project in the region that has been handed over to buyers”.

The company, which has a turnover of Rs125 crore, has already sold 1,500 flats amounting to 1.5 million sq ft since it entered the real estate business in 2004. Most of its projects are being funded from internal accruals.

The group also unveiled its new corporate identity showcasing the sweeping transformation that the organisation has undergone over the past 11 years. — TNS
