Supertech Limited, India’s leading real estate developer, recently launched a ‘Rent reimbursement plan’ (RRP) under which all bookings made during the limited period offer will be entitled to a monthly reimbursement towards rental expenses. The monthly reimbursement will be in place till the time of receiving possession of the booked property.

Two and 3 BHK homes in Supertech projects like ‘The Romano’ in Sector 118, Noida and ‘Ecovillage II & III’ in Greater Noida (West) are eligible for this offer.

Booking a home under this offer comes with several added advantages. EMI for the property will be charged only after possession of the property, additionally the buyer gets extra benefits like free maintenance for a year, free first transfer, and 0 per cent processing fee on his home loan.
