Raheja Developers recently announced the launch of its green project — Raheja Vanya in Sector 99 Gurugram.



Raheja Developers recently announced  the launch of its green project — Raheja Vanya in Sector 99 Gurugram. Spread over an area of 12.4 acres, the project is bordering a continuous green belt (Delhi & Gurgaon Master Plan) and will be constructed in accordance to GRIHA norms. The project will have a unique Skypark having sky jogging tracks, sky beach pool, open terrence gym, designated area for organic farming and open area for socialising. Vanya will be available at a price of Rs 3975 sq ft and a two BHK will cost approximately Rs 49.77 lakh, 3 BHK is priced at Rs 60.05 lakh and 4 BHK penthouses will cost Rs 1.12 crore. The project is likely to be completed by 2021.
