Kurukshetra Tigers defeated Hisar bulls by one run in an exciting match of the Haryana Swaran Jayanti League at Sector 16 Cricket Stadium. 

Batting first, Kurukshetra Tigers posted 146/6 in allotted 20 overs. Naveen Kumar Baloda (39) and Karan Pratap Singh (29) raised 62 runs for the unbroken sixth-wicket partnership. Deepak Sangwan (23), Rahul Chaudhary (16) and Yuvraj Yadav (12) were the other contributors. 

For Hisar team, Newab Chemma (2/33), Devinder Singh (1/32), Arindam Punia (1/15), Haramvor Singh (1/22) claimed a wicket each. 

In reply, Hisar Tigers tried hard but failed to overhaul the total. Tigers posted 145/9 in 20 overs. Their main contribution came from the bat of Shubham Sharma (42), Devinder Singh (39), Ujjwal Noor (16) and Gurkirat Ahluwalia (15). For Kurukshetra boys, Naveen Baloda led the attack with three wickets (3/28) while Nipun Gupta (2/21), Anish Ahmad (2/24) and Rahul Chaudhary (2/32) claimed two wickets each. In the second match, Gurugram Gladiators defeated Rohtak Blasters by 28 runs on the basis on Duckworth-Lewis method. Gladiators emerged winners after the match was stopped in the seventh over due to rain. 

Batting first, Rohtak scored 131/6 in 20 overs with Simrat Bawa (40), Pardeep Malik (29) and Amit Kumar (18) chipping in with the bat. For Gladiators, Aman Bharti claimed 2/21 while Vikas Uchitra, Akash Sudan, Ankhush Dhariwal and Mandeep Dhillon claimed a wicket each. In reply, Gladiators were 62/1 in 6.1 overs when the match was stopped due to rain. Ankush Dhariwal scored 21 runs in the chase. Abhishek Sangwan (18) and Bhagminder (9) were at the crease when rain stopped the play. Vishwas claimed the lone wicket for Rohtak.
