Chandigarh: In an exciting Super Over finish, Rohtak Blasters defeated Sirsa Warriors by nine runs in the Haryana Swaran Jayanti T-20 League at Sector 16 Cricket Stadium.

In an exciting Super Over finish, Rohtak Blasters defeated Sirsa Warriors by nine runs in the Haryana Swaran Jayanti T-20 League at Sector 16 Cricket Stadium.

In the Super Over, Blasters scored 21 runs but Warriors could score only 12 runs. Earlier batting first, Warriors scored 174/8 in 20 overs. Syed Saif (51 off 47 balls including four boundaries and two sixes) and Surender (34 off 23 balls including four boundaries and one six) and Sarul Kanwar (17) were the main run-getters. 

For Blasters, Ashish Bisht claimed 3/21 while Karan Gupta (1/6) and Kuldeep Singh (1/12) claimed one wicket each. 

In reply, Blasters scored 174/2 to tie the match. Pawan Chandel (72 off 58 balls including eight boundaries and a six), Nitin Kamboj (42 off 29 balls including six boundaries) and Simrat Bawa (33 off 23 balls including three boundaries) swelled up the total. For Warriors, Surender and Prince claimed one wicket. In another match, Hisar Bulls registered a 13-run victory over Gurugram Gladiators. Batting first, Hisar Bulls posted 163/4 in 20 overs with Ujwal Noor (66 off 48 balls), Shubham Sharma (31 off 23 balls) and Devinder Singh (34 runs) contributing in the total. For Gladiators, Ankush Dhariwal (1/22) and Vishal Thind (1/23) claimed one wicket each.  In reply, Gladiators could score only 150/9 in 20 overs. Ankush Dhariwal (53), Vishal Thind (33) and Bhagminder (24) contributed in the total. Aparval Yadav (3/15), Gurbaksh Khaira (2/32) and Haramvir Singh (1/14) were the main wicket-takers.
