Harshvardhan upset with Diljit

Harshvardhan Kapoor, who made his Bollywood debut with Mirzya, is apparently miffed because he didn’t get the Best Debutant Award at a recently held awards ceremony.

Harshvardhan Kapoor, who made his Bollywood debut with Mirzya, is apparently miffed because he didn’t get the Best Debutant Award at a recently held awards ceremony.

It was Diljit Dosanjh, who won the award for the Best Debutant for his first Bollywood film Udta Punjab. At a fashion event in Mumbai, Harshvardhan reportedly said, “Tell me how is Diljit a debutant? Diljit has done 10 Punjabi films!”

Harshvardhan believes that best debut award should be given to actors who are relatively new and not to those who have already done a significant amount of work in films, may it be in other languages. Seems Harshvardhan is a bit unhappy on not winning the award. We wonder if Diljit will respond to this!
