Technology-free: Deepika Padukone

Deepika Padukone says she is not someone who would keep up with the changing trends in the field of technology but acknowledges the fact that it is an important part of our lives. She modestly accepted that she isn’t tech savvy!

In a recent interaction, the actress shared, “I don’t consider myself as a tech-savvy person. I understand it is important to keep up with technology as it changes our lives. But, in a lot of ways, I’m very old school and I would like to keep it that way. Yes, I would like to indulge my fans with selfies. But for me, it’s about the memory.”

When asked whether she would like to work in a film shot on a smartphone, Deepika says she would readily do it for the creative experience. “I feel smartphones give you the power to tell the story you want to. I’m all game.”
