Mr Wacha''s Grand-Daughter

We gather from the Bombay Chronicle that Miss Dinoo S. Bastavala, the 12-year old granddaughter of the Hon. Mr. D.E. Wacha, has produced a book of war-cartoons. In a foreword, Mr. Wacha explains the genesis of the publication, and in this we find interesting corroboration that the young lady is truly a chip of the old block. Mr. Wacha says in his foreword; “To encourage her in this kind of healthful and humorous recreation, I suggested that she should make a collection of them and lock them up in her desk till she grew old when she might take them out of her desk and once more recall the incidents which had led to their sketching. There never was the remotest intention to give them any kind of publicity.”
