Sanatan Dharam College, Lahore.

IT is time the Syndicate of the Punjab University realised the depth of the public feeling which its attitude in the matter of affiliation of the Sanatan Dharam College, Lahore, has aroused, or knew even a tithe of what is being said about it. The public have certainly a right to expect sympathy and encouragement from the executive body of the University and desire it to act as the foster mother anxious to help the toddling infant to its feet. From the facts and figures placed before the Senate at its last meeting it is obvious that within the short space of 10 months the College Committee have been placed in possession of financial resources which few even of the flourishing institutions could boast of at the outset.
