In the times when the talk on apps has become a commonplace and hundreds of mobile apps enter the online market every single day, it is hard not to get impacted by their reach and influence. Every sector is being redefined in mobile terminology through these apps. Health and Fitness apps make a big segment of the app world. The abundance of these apps make it a Herculean task to categorise them, which range from strength check apps, tracking and analytical, training, running, cardio, cycling, weight management, pregnancy trackers, diet and nutrition, minding the mind to overall health apps. Some of these apps are informative while many others are interactive.

Features: Works like a personal trainer offering 1300 exercises with motion pictures and step-by-step commands. For specific fitness goals, tailor-made fitness routine is made available to the users.

 

Pros/cons: Customisation options and audio-video support, make it a great app. Wide array of exercises offer plenty for all categories of users. The basic app comes with many comprehensive exercises but various add-ons are available, which can get very expensive.

However, it is supposed to be very taxing on the battery of the device as GPS keeps running in the background throughout the day. Inspite of this big negative, Argus offers a smooth entry into the world of fitness to every user.
