Features: Verse by verse audio playback, colour coded Tajweed (pronunciation rules), repeat functions, bookmark option, search, many translations and Quranic supplications.

Pros/Cons: Full retina support and color-coded Tajweed with dynamic rendering engine. Option to choose from multiple font sizes, email, twitter, facebook connectivity. It costs Rs 120.48 but a free version iQuran lite is an option too.

Features: Ganesh Puja App contains comprehensive guidance and instructions for performing Ganesh Puja, especially during Ganesh festival period, at home. It contains information about preparation, Pran-Pratishtha, daily Puja and the farewell Puja. The App contains instructions as well as complete Audio of the Pujas, including all the mantras and 108 names of Lord Ganesha.

Pros/Cons: Forward and reverse feature of the app can be a little better.

Features: iGurbani is a powerful Gurbani Search Engine that allows users to search the Sikh scriptures. The focus of the app is to allow the user to accurately read the shabds from Guru Granth Sahib following a revolutionary style of showing the vishraams. Instead of commas and other punctuation the vishraams are highlighed in a specific colour. Search can be done by first letter, by ang/vaar and by full word. Search history, larivaar, customisable shabd display, transliteration and twitter support are also available.

Pros/Cons: One can search in the following scriptures: (a) Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji (b) Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Ji (c) Bhai Gurdas Ji Vaaran (d) Bhai Nand Lal Ji.
