Amit Shah to visit state on Sep 19-20

Dehradun, September 13

BJP president Amit Shah will assess the performance of the party during his visit to the state on September 19 and 20.

State BJP unit president Ajay Bhatt said, “There will be more than 13 meetings and for the first time our different units presidents will have one to one interaction with him,” said Ajay Bhatt.

The MLAs and office bearers will also hold talks with the BJP president on the functioning of the TS Rawat government to assess the level of coordination between all the wings.

“The short comings will be brought before the president. The visit will focus on implementing the programmes launched by the Prime Minister,” said a senior BJP leader.

The party is expected to release Shah’s itinerary tomorrow. — TNS
