Dehradun, April 26
Supporters of Congress leader Kunwar Pranav Singh Champion, MLA, Khanpur, held a demonstration against the state government here yesterday. They alleged that the government was continuously ignoring the Haridwar region. With this protest, Champion tried to show his strength and also present his case for inclusion in the state Council of Ministers.
Champion’s supporters gathered at Gandhi Park here and staged a demonstration against the government. They were demanding that Champion be made a minister.—TNS
