DEHRADUN: The Orthotics Prosthetics Association of India will organise a two-day conference entitled “Cutting edge technology in Prosthetics” at Vigyan Dham, Jhanjara, in Dehradun from March 24.

Dehradun, March 22

The Orthotics Prosthetics Association of India will organise a two-day conference entitled “Cutting edge technology in Prosthetics” at Vigyan Dham, Jhanjara, in Dehradun from March 24.

Addressing a press conference here today, Dr Vijay Kumar Nautiyal convener of the workshop, said Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat would inaugurate the conference in the presence of Cabinet minister Subodh Uniyal and Mussoorie MLA Ganesh Joshi.

He said a total of 600 delegates, including association members and students, would attend the conference.

Organising secretary Dr Anand Bhatt said the association across the country was committed to providing proper rehabilitation for differently abled.

Association members Dr A Patra, Dr J Pandian, Dr MC Das were present at the newsconference.
