DEHRADUN:BJP president Amit Shah today directed the Uttarakhand BJP Legal Cell to initiate a process so that cases pending against party workers could be withdrawn.

Dehradun, September 20

BJP president Amit Shah today directed the Uttarakhand BJP Legal Cell to initiate a process so that cases pending against party workers could be withdrawn.

Chairing a meeting of  newly created vibhags and prakalps, Shah  said  the legal cell should prepare a list of such cases so that the process of withdrawal of cases against them could be initiated.

The Rawat government has taken back a few cases pending against their political leaders.

Significantly, the BJP has introduced the new concept of creating vibhags or departments and prakalaps. — TNS
