DEHRADUN:The Faculty of Pharmacy at DIT University organised a workshop on “Role of Intellectual Property in Pharmaceutical Industries” for research scholars of B Pharma, M Pharma and PhD.

The Faculty of Pharmacy at DIT University organised a workshop on “Role of Intellectual Property in Pharmaceutical Industries” for research scholars of B Pharma, M Pharma and PhD. The workshop was held in association with Indian Institute of Patent and Trademark, New Delhi, here today.

The workshop started with Prof Swaminathan, pro vice-chancellor of DIT University, and Prof (Dr) NVS Madhav, director, Faculty of Pharmacy, lighting the ceremonial lamp.

Cheshta Sharma, director, IIPTA, New Delhi, created awareness among students on various areas related to protection of new innovations, analyzing IP and research in intellectual property.
