Dehradun, November 27
The rainfall in low-lying areas and snowfall in the higher reaches have brought down temperatures in the state, intensifying cold conditions here.
However, the state Meteorological Centre has forecasted a clear weather from tomorrow. Meanwhile, rain continued to lash Dehradun and its adjoining cities while mild to heavy snowfall was reported in higher reaches of the state. The higher altitude areas, including Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, Yamunotri, Auli, Chakrata and Almora, received fresh snowfall today,
State Meteorological Centre Director Dr Vikram Singh said the mercury dipped by nearly two degree Celsius in Dehradun and other parts of the state.
