KABUL: A suicide bomber struck a funeral in Afghanistan for the victims of an earlier Taliban attack, killing 16 people and wounding 39, an Afghan official said. London: Over six lakh India-born migrants form the UK's largest foreign-born voter population and they could play a decisive role in certain constituencies in the general election in May.
