Two-min questionnaire to detect autism

New York: Researchers have developed a two-minute questionnaire for parents that could help paediatricians detect autism in toddlers. According to the researchers, the Psychological Development Questionnaire (PDQ-1) had an 88 per cent likelihood of correctly identifying which of the youngsters that screened positive because of the questionnaire had autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Indian wins $1 m at Dubai Duty Free raffle 

Dubai: An Indian national on Tuesday won $1 million at the Dubai Duty Free Millennium draw, joining the long list of Indians who have turned millionaires through the raffle. To date, there are 124 Indians who have won a $1 million each in the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire promotion since its inception in 1999. Bangalore-based Toms Arackal Mani is the latest to join the list of Dubai Duty Free dollar millionaires. PTI
