Chandigarh, December 11
Raghunath Jindal, a resident of Sector 38, Chandigarh, reported that someone had stolen Rs 4.12 lakh and some cheque books from Plot No. 411-A, Phase-II, Industrial Area, Chandigarh. A case has been registered at the Sector 31 police station.
Bag stolen
Vikas Goyal, a resident of Gurgaon, reported that someone had stolen his bag containing a laptop, an ATM card and some documents from his car that was parked in Sector17, Chandigarh.
Cellphone snatched
Vijay Kumar, a resident of Hallo Majra, alleged that three unknown pedestrians snatched his mobile phone and Rs 300 from him near Khera Mandir, Sector 28, Chandigarh. — TNS
