6 judicial officers transferred

The High Court today transferred six judicial officers of the state judiciary.

Shimla, December 8

The High Court today transferred six judicial officers of the state judiciary.

As per the notification issued by the court, Padam Singh, Additional District & Sessions Judge (AD&SJ), Mandi, has been transferred to Shimla as AD&SJ in the CBI court, Dole Ram Thakur, AD&SJ (II), Mandi, as AD&SJ (I), Mandi, Madan Kumar, Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Shimla, as AD&SJ on an ad-hoc basis and as AD&SJ (II), Mandi.

The transfer and posting orders of the CJM, Mandi, to Shimla made vide earlier notification are cancelled and he will remain posted as the CJM, Mandi.

Ranjeet Singh, CJM, Una, has been transferred and posted as such at Shimla and Sachin Raghu, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theog, as the CJM, Una.
