CHANDIGARH: Sai Aasra Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre launched its social project ‘A home and rehablitation centre for people with spinal cord injury’ at a function organised here today.

Sai Aasra Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre launched its social project ‘A home and rehablitation centre for people with spinal cord injury’ at a function organised here today. The project is aimed at setting up a 20-bed facility that will offer physiotherapy, rehabilitation and counselling to the paraplegic.

The centre has chosen to focus on an area hitherto unaddressed by the civilian population of the country.
